A refresh to a customer experience and marketing dashboard tool that allows businesses to evaluate their performance and customer engagement.

An Updated Menu and Tabbed navigation
Users gave feedback that they were unaware of all of the sections and features that were available through the tool. This prompted a shift away from a navigation style that was more dismissible to one that is persistent across the experience, and always guides to the user to available features.
Scrolling Secondary navigation Sidebar
In combination with the updated menu and tabbed navigation, the scrolling sidebar allows users to quickly navigate the pages they’re interested in.
